In workplace (office) we have to display facts related to internal issues of a firm or we want to display results if we will install new production plant in a factory. Report is a document focused, salient content to a specific audience. Reports are also used to display the results of experiments, an inquiry or investigation (enquiry). The word ‘report’ covers everything from preprinting form to brief letters, memos and also any-other document that displays information apropos circumstance. In the workplace reports are considered as legal documents and is very difficult to manuscript because it should be accurate and precise.
What qualities a report should have:- Accuracy (write the truth).
